As part of our “Renaissance Program” which we announced in January, a balanced budget for Fiscal Year 2014 was critical to the success of this program.  Unfortunately, in order to achieve this balanced budget, we were required to look critically and internally at our entire operations and make some difficult decisions.  Several staff positions were eliminated, a couple were pared to part-time and we remaining staff members have taken a 10% reduction in salary.  These decisions have allowed us to meet this important objective and position us for the future.  We thank all our employees for their dedicated and selfless service to our parish and their willingness to invest themselves in our future.  We feel with this renewed focus and the inclusion of many new volunteers, we are poised to achieve great things here are Nativity– some of which are planned for this June and beyond.  Thank you also for your support which makes all this possible and please remember to thank our staff, when possible, for their great efforts.  Also, please consider how your own unique gifts and talents could contribute to the life of our parish. –Father Bell
