Lent 2026

Hope · Reflection · Renewal

Picture
As we enter into another Lenten season, I extend to you an invitation filled with hope, reflection, and renewal. Lent is not merely a time of giving things up; rather, it is a profound journey towards spiritual growth and deeper communion with our Lord. It is a sacred opportunity for each of us to pause, reflect, and re-orient our lives towards the love and grace that God so freely offers.
This year, as we embark on the journey together, I invite you to engage wholeheartedly in our parish’s Lenten programs and spiritual exercises. These opportunities are designed to nourish your spirit, deepen your faith, and foster a sense of community as we walk this path together. The enclosed brochure lists the many such opportunities available.

Moreover, this is a perfect time to consider participating in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This beautiful sacrament offers us the grace to release our burdens and embrace the mercy of God. As you can see, the opportunity for confession will be available throughout Lent, and I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this sacrament of healing and forgiveness.
May this Lent be a transformative time for you and your loved ones, filled with moments of prayer, contemplation, and grace. I look forward to walking this sacred path with you, as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord.

Sincerely,
Fr. Bell
