Altar Servers

Student and Adult  Altar Servers Wanted! We would be thrilled to welcome you  as an altar server!
Our parish is inviting volunteers to join us as Altar Servers for both weekend and weekday Masses. This is a wonderful chance to deepen your faith, support our parish community, and engage actively in the liturgy.
This is a great and joyous opportunity to draw deeper into your faith as you assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.  No experience is required, and training will be provided—begin serving when you feel confident and ready. Scheduling is flexible to fit your availability. Serve once a month or more, based on individual preference.

Volunteer Opportunities

Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)

We Invite Your Children to the Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW).
CLOW is an engaging version of the Liturgy of the Word tailored for school-age children in grades K-4. This program emphasizes the Word of God through meaningful prayer and worship. During CLOW, trained leaders break down Scripture readings, helping children connect with and deepen their faith.

CLOW is held weekly during the 10:00 am Mass. After the opening prayers, children are invited to leave Mass to gather in the Parish Conference Room (adjacent to the Church) where they will explore the day's readings using an interactive and age-appropriate approach.

Volunteer Opportunities: We are seeking Volunteer Catechists/leaders to help nurture the faith of our youngest community members. Additionally, middle and high school students are encouraged to join as volunteer aides, supporting the catechists in facilitating CLOW while also gaining valuable service hours.

All volunteers are required to have clearances and safe environment training on file with the parish office. For details on Safe Environment requirements and/or for information on the training near you, please visit: [Safe Environment for Volunteers](https://www.nativity-bvm.org/safe-environment-for-volunteers.html).
